Job Summary:

As the Senior Lead - Strategy and Partnerships, Ramani, you will serve as a senior professional responsible for delivering substantial contributions within the company's strategic planning and partnerships area. This role involves leading business development and overseeing the execution of various project domains. You will evaluate project outcomes, suggest new initiatives, and recommend improvements, offering in-depth advice and analysis on current products and projects. Additionally, you will provide strategic guidance to management on systems and procedures to optimize operations and enhance market positioning.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnerships:

  • Identify and engage potential partners across financial institutions, technology companies, and industry stakeholders, aligning with Ramani’s strategic goals.

  • Develop and nurture key relationships, influencing decision-makers to create mutually beneficial partnerships.

  • Lead complex negotiations, crafting customized partnership agreements that drive growth and innovation.

  • Oversee the execution of partnership strategies, monitoring their effectiveness and making strategic adjustments as necessary.

Business Strategy:

  • Spearhead the development of comprehensive business strategies, driving Ramani’s growth trajectory through innovative and scalable initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strategies are well-integrated and aligned with Ramani’s overall business objectives.

  • Facilitate the alignment of partnership goals with business strategies, ensuring cohesive and effective execution across all initiatives.

Market Intelligence and Strategy:

  • Direct the market intelligence efforts, providing strategic insights that inform Ramani’s marketing strategies and product development.

  • Conduct rigorous analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, identifying opportunities for new product offerings and market expansion.

  • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies and promotional campaigns, overseeing their execution and measuring their impact on market presence and customer engagement.

Requirements:

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing both internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Proven leadership abilities, with a focus on mentoring teams and managing cross-functional projects.

  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with a history of successful deal-making.

  • Analytical mindset, adept at problem-solving and strategic thinking.

Technical Competencies:

  • Deep understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing tools, and data analysis techniques.

  • Experience in managing high-impact marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional media strategies.

  • Proficient in using advanced market research tools and interpreting complex data to guide strategic decisions.

Background & Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years in strategy, business development, or partnerships management, preferably in a technology-driven industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications are advantageous.

  • Prior experience in a senior role, contributing to major functional areas and leading substantial initiatives within an organization.
